What is your jewelry made of?

Our pieces are crafted from 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled materials, and sterling silver. These high-quality materials are durable and can last for years with proper care. Each product page lists the exact materials used.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

No. All MyoRa Jewelry pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin and metal allergies.

Can I shower with my jewelry?

In most cases, yes.

  • Gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry can handle everyday showering and sleeping.

  • Exceptions:

    • Our Dainty Opal Necklace (Ethiopian opal) should NOT come into contact with water.

    • Gold-plated pieces should NOT be exposed to water (e.g., Gemstone Spike Necklaces, Natural Druzy Necklace).

How do I care for my jewelry?

To maintain shine and longevity:

  • Wipe gently after each wear.

  • Store in a sealed bag to prevent tarnishing.

  • Avoid chlorine, perfume, lotion, hairspray, and other harsh chemicals.

  • Avoid sleeping in jewelry.

  • Use a polishing cloth if it looks dull.

  • Clean with lukewarm water + unscented soap.

How can I prevent my jewelry from tangling?

We recommend our Layered Necklace Detangler—a clasp system that lets you put on 2–4 necklaces at once while preventing tangling.

Additional tips:

  • Mix different chain styles (e.g., satellite + cable).

  • Layer heavier/longer pieces with lighter/shorter ones.

  • Unclasp the necklace, let it “untwist,” and clasp again.

How do I choose my necklace or ring size?

During holidays or high volume periods, processing times may increase.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes—contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed if your order has already shipped.

Can I change my order?

We can modify your order within 24 hours. After that, changes are not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, the order may be in production and cannot be canceled.

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes:

  • U.S.: Free shipping on orders $50+ USD

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders $125+ USD

  • International: Free shipping on orders $250+ USD

Will I have to pay customs/duties?

Possibly. It depends on your country.

  • Most packages pass without fees

  • Some areas (e.g., UK) are more likely to charge duties
    MyoRa Jewelry is not responsible for customs taxes.

We offer a shipping option labeled “Duties and Taxes Included” if you prefer prepayment.

How long does shipping take?

USA:

  • USPS First Class: 2–7 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Express: 2–5 business days

International:

  • USPS First Class International: 7–21 business days

When will my order ship?

Within 1–3 business days, usually on the earlier side.
Holiday periods may take longer.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If marked Delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact USPS directly to locate the package.

MyoRa Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 45 days if unworn and in original packaging.

U.S. Returns:

  • Store credit: Free return label

  • Refund to original payment method: $6 return label (deducted from refund)

International Returns:

  • 45-day window

  • Store credit or refund available

  • Buyer pays return shipping

Returns are processed 1–2 weeks after the package arrives.
A confirmation email will be sent once completed.

Can I exchange my jewelry?

Yes!
Free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
If you’d like a different item, choose store credit.

When will I receive my refund/store credit?

Within 1–2 weeks after your return is received.
