Free USPS Priority Mail for orders over $125 will be automatically applied at checkout.
Important:
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed by carriers. Shipping delays may occur, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Orders totaling over $400 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International Orders

Delivery times vary by country and may increase due to customs processing. Once the package enters your country, the local postal service will handle final delivery (e.g., Royal Mail in the UK).
Customs & Duties
We offer an optional shipping method labeled “Duties and Taxes Included”, allowing you to prepay all fees.
If you choose any other method:

Production Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, your item may already be in production, and changes may not be possible.
Lost Packages
If an order is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS directly to locate the package.
Once a package leaves our studio, MyoRa Jewelry is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery errors

Carrier delays
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot replace or refund packages lost by the carrier.
