Our Sustainability Commitment

At MyoRa Jewelry, we strive to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible. To help reduce unnecessary returns and exchanges, we provide detailed information for every jewelry piece—photos, videos (when available), and precise dimensions.

Please help us reduce our carbon footprint by measuring the jewelry before purchasing so you know exactly how it will fit. You can also refer to our Jewelry Sizing Guide for additional assistance.

Return Options

For U.S. Orders

You may return your jewelry within 45 days of ordering:

  • Free Returns for Store Credit
    Choose store credit and receive a free prepaid return label provided by MyoRa Jewelry.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
    A prepaid return label is available for $6, which will be deducted from your refund.
    You may also choose to ship your return using your own carrier.

For International Orders

International customers may return jewelry within 45 days of ordering.

  • You may choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international returns.
    (MyoRa Jewelry does not provide prepaid labels for international returns.)

Return Requirements

All returned items must meet the following criteria to be accepted by MyoRa Jewelry:

  • Jewelry must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, damage, perfume, or residue.

  • All original MyoRa Jewelry packaging must be included.

  • Personalized jewelry and final sale items are non-returnable.

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of initiating the return request.

  • Once the return package is received, our team will process it within 1–2 weeks.
    You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Exchange Options

MyoRa Jewelry offers free exchanges for:

  • The same item in a different color or size
    (U.S. orders only — international customers are responsible for shipping costs).

If you wish to exchange for a different item, simply return your original piece for free store credit, then use the credit toward your new selection.
