MyoRa Jewelry Warranty & Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage
MyoRa Jewelry offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. Examples of defects covered under this warranty include:

  • Spring clasp breaking

  • Chain disconnecting from the clasp or jump ring

  • Chain breaking in the middle without any applied force (no stretched links)

Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain. If your item does not qualify for the warranty, we may still offer a repair service for a small fee.


Starting a Warranty Request

To initiate a warranty request:

  1. Send an email to support@myorajewelry.comΒ with the subject line:
    "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx"

  2. Attach clear photos showing the defect.

  3. Attach clear photos of the entire piece of jewelry.

  4. In the email body, include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Description of how the item broke

Once we receive your request, we will review it and assist you promptly.


Starting a Repair Request

To request a repair (if the item is not covered under warranty):

  1. Send an email to support@myorajewelry.comΒ with the subject line:
    "Repair Request - Order #xxxx"

  2. Attach clear photos showing the damage.

  3. Attach clear photos of the entire piece of jewelry.

  4. In the email body, include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Description of how the item broke

We will review your request, provide a repair quote, and guide you through the repair process.
